S 1724 g. po seredinu XIX v. bylo proizvedeno 15 polnych peresmotrov tarifa i 45 častičnych. Za každym iz nich stojala ta ili inaja politika pravitelej, sootvetstvujuščie ėkonomičeskie vozzrenija gosudarstvennych dejatelej.
